| a00638's Full Review: Kenmore 41142 Washer |
We've had this washer for a year and I still love it. It is the best appliance that I have ever had. It gets the clothes so clean, the final spin leaves the clothes almost dry it is so Quiet and it is so fun to watch!
The washer has a pull-out tray where you place the soap, bleach and softener in their own compartments. The machine flushes each compartment when ready.
I have washed twin comforters in this machine with no problem. Most of my loads are very big, in fact, the video tells you that you can wash more than you realize.
The clothes come out just damp from the cycle. In fact, it only takes the clothes one wash cycle to dry, so that I don't have any dryer backlog anymore.
The control is on the front of the machine, so I have a lot of space for folding clothes.
My only drawback to the machine is that with my older model, you can't quiet or eliminated the buzzer at the end of the cycle. Also, if you don't like to bend over, you won't like this model. Front load washers are also more expensive than top loaders.
