The Bottom Line: I feel the Neptune saves money with every wash with the use of less soap, less water and less power.

I own tow Neptune washing machines and and love them both...Why two you are probably asking yourself! I bought my first set to use in my home, and then loved it so much I replaced the set we had in our summer home with the Neptune!
It is definitely the most quite machine I have ever used in my home. When it is washing I barely hear it even with the laundry room door open. I like the automatic water level sensor. You do not have to guess at how much water to use as the sensor correctly adds water as needed. If your load should get off balance the machine senses that and automatically adjusts the balance to spin correctly.
I find I use less them half of the laundry soap that I use to use and my clothes come out very clean.
I use the HD laundry soap that is recommended for the front loading machine and I am very happy with how white my husbands shirts come out. I find it really does a wonderful job of soaking out the stains my four year old gets on her clothes when I use the stain cycle.
These Neptunes are my first front loading machines. They are very well lit in the interior which makes it easy to see. I like having the front loading as I had a counter built over the top of the machines and this makes it nice for folding clothes on and really added to my counter space.
The Neptune washing machine is very energy efficient. The purchase of the Neptune gave me a rebate of $75.00 from my power and water company for their effiency.
They are very easy to use. They are very well built. I had one service call only as an annual check up and then found that my first set had the front rubber gasket upgraded and Maytag installed the new one at no charge to me. I have had very good service from Maytag and have no complaints with their customer service.
