I've had this microwave for three years. Easy to install over the range and was working well until the keypad buttons started failing. This seems to by a typical problem with these microwaves. A new keypad costs about $200, so unless you're under warranty, it's probably not worth fixing. And as others have stated, eventually the replaced keypad will also fail, so you're out more money. Overall, a very disappointing, poorly made product. I won't be buying Maytag microwaves anymore.
