Our daughter is moving to Florida from Michigan , and we used a ReloCube to send her things down.

The Relocube was the cheapest and easiest way we could find to send so many things so far away. 

When we called for a quote, the person on the phone was very knowledgable and helpful regarding how much space we would need, and what the timing would be.  The quote we were given was less than the competitors we had already contacted. 

The drivers showed up on time, and were so careful in placing the cube in the place that was convenient for us to load.  They walked us through how to lock the cube and went over the instructions one more time.  They were courteous, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.  They were very careful when manouvering up our narrow driveway to drop the cube off. 

From the first call for a quote, to scheduling, to calls with questions, the drivers - every contact we have had with the people at U-Pack has been really pleasant, professional and helpful.  Everything we were told would be done was done exactly as we were told - no surprises!

Cube was dropped off timely, picked up timely, and available for delivery in Florida quicker than the estimate.

It has been such a nice experience to have such great service.
