My wife and I recently rented a 28ft trailer for a move from Atlanta, GA to Kansas City, KS.  The driver that dropped off the trailer at our house in Atlanta was on time, extremely friendly, and courteous.  Our house in Atlanta was in a tight cul-de-sac with a heavily upward sloped driveway.  The driver was very patient and helpful in discussing with us the best place to put the trailer.  After dropping the trailer he helped set up the loading ramp and gave us a quick tutorial on how to install the bulkhead.
The trailer was picked up on a Wednesday and we expected the trailer to be able to be delivered Saturday morning.  However, when we called Friday to check on the trailer we were informed it would not be arriving in town until late that night and therefore would not be able to be delivered until Saturday evening.  The representative that we spoke with was very nice and very helpful. She informed us that ABF normally does not deliver on Saturday but since it was a trailer, they had some flexibility. She also urged us to call Saturday morning and see if we could get an earlier delivery time, as it all depended on when the trailer got in Friday night.
We called Saturday morning and again the representative we spoke with was very nice.  He was able to help us get an earlier delivery time, and as with the woman we spoke with the previous day, I felt as though they really made an effort to help us out.   
The driver that dropped off the trailer in Kansas City on Saturday actually called 2 hours ahead of the scheduled drop off time to say he was near our house and ask if he could deliver the trailer early. I agreed but informed him I was away from my house and couldn’t make it back for another 15 minutes.  The driver instantly said he did not mind waiting for me, and he was very friendly and courteous when I arrived.  He was also able to put the trailer right where requested and made sure to check that the trailer still had a ramp in it. 
All in all it was a very smooth move and our experience with ABF was exceptional.  ABF really has some wonderful people working for them.  From the moment we called to rent the trailer through every other interaction we had with ABF every single person was friendly, and very helpful.  I can’t say enough good things about ABF and I would happily recommend them to anyone.
