ABF U-Pack Moving - U-Pack ReloCube (Delaware to Augusta, GA).

I just moved a family member from central Delaware to Augusta, GA.  During my internet search for rental prices I found this site and after reading most of the reviews I decided to try U-Pack due to the reviews made here (thanks everyone for writing your reviews).

Couldn't beat the price...  It was better than renting a larger than needed truck (to tow my car for the return trip).  "U-Haul at times is overrated and outdated (though at times useful)..."

I have used professional moving services (prior military) and had always had something broken.  My movement with U-Pack was a delight as nothing was damaged, broken or shifted in the ReloCube and no boxes were flattened, which shows that the movement and transportation "is not" damaging as one would expect from a freight shipping company.  Yes, careful packing did help!!!

I received timely email updates concerning my quote and move.  The drop-off/spotting and pickup of the ReloCube was on-time and effortless.  The destination apartment management even commented about the delivery and pickup of the ReloCube; they had never seen it done so fast.

Dealing with the customer service at the origin (Federalsburg, MD) and destination (Augusta, GA) terminal was outstanding (informative, friendly and helpful).  The drivers were polite and professional.  They positioned the ReloCube during spotting and drop-off exactly where I wanted it.

I happily recommend ABF U-Pack to anyone, and will definitely use them again.
