Pros: There are no pros for using their services. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Cons: Very rude people. Delivered cars at 10 PM in a Kmart parking lot.

I recently had two of my cars transported through an agency which turned out to be brokers only and used A Florida Direct/Mother Haulers as their carriers. They kept on giving me wrong information about the location of my cars. I was not in touch with the driver and the person whom I was in contact with was very rude. Rather than apologizing for the delay in the delivery, his response to me was "no need to cry about it now, your cars won't be delivered any sooner." I would never recommend them to anyone. My cars were delivered to me at 10 PM in a Kmart parking lot even though they claim a "door to door" service.
