Cons: mega frustration, out of pocket money for a rental car, car still missing

If you can help it, never, ever use All American Auto Transport, 888.402.7447
We contracted them to move our car from Long Beach to Pennsylvania (it was barged in from Hawaii via Matson.) It was to be a door to door drop off promised around the 29th Jul 05. The car was available for All American to pick up from the docks on the 18Jul05. It is now the 11 Aug 05 and the car still has not arrived. Countless phone calls were made by us only to hear there wasn't much they could do about it. Many excuses were given, very few phone calls returned. They finally had to sub-contract to another trucking company. Do yourself a favour and stay as far away from this company as you can.
