Bekins just moved mt mothers things from Pennsylvania to Colorado, The arrived 2 days late to pick her stuff up and brought along a 13 year old boy! They left things unwrapped that they promised to wrap like mirrors pictures and mattresses. They were disrespectful even though my mother ordered pizza for all 5 of them. The two men doing all of the moving fought for about 10 minutes screaming and pushing each other about who was walking up and down the stairs more. They set a box with a dell flat screen television (clearly marked "this side up" with arrows) the wrong way, when my mother said something to them they placed it the right way... until they thought we couldnt see them anymore. When they delivered her things in Colorado, her couches were ripped and the cushins were black (they were origanally tan). Her dining room set was dented, antiques passed down in the family were broken, her steam cleaner was dropped off the truck and broken, Paintings broken, morrors broken, lamps were broken. They also broke a light in her house. When they brought my brother guitar off the truck, the man said to my mother " oh wait, i have to get my pick out of that case" THEY WERE PLAYING HIS GUITAR!!!!!!! Oh and to top it all off is this isnt bad enough, they went through my 13 year old sisters underwear. My mother was devistated. This truely was they worst move my mother had ever had to go through. This is just to warn others dont use this company you will regret it.
