While it is our goal to achieve 100% customer satisfaction, occasionally, we fall short of this objective. At no point do we attempt to over-commit regarding delivery dates, and we are cognizant of the importance of timely delivery to our customers.
As with other facets of the transportation industry, mechanical difficulties and operator health problems can complicate a company's ability to perform as anticipated. In such occurrences, our trained move coordinators and customer service representatives attempt to apply every measure of corrective action and fairness (in resolving the related problem) available.
While small shipments (less than 5,000 lbs.) often are performed with disclaimers (regarding an inability to guarantee accelerated delivery dates), every attempt is made to identify our shipper's priorities. In conjunction with accepting wider shipment delivery ranges, customers often receive greater discounting or other special shipment considerations.
Bekins Moving Systems and Bekins Van Lines have been recognized as leaders within the moving industry, and have earned the confidence of local and national companies based on providing quality, value-oriented services. In addition, we are independently rated (with high marks) by local business bureaus (BBB, etc.) and international standard boards (ISO).
We stand ready to further assist and resolve any outstanding issues that contributed to the Epinion voiced. We appreciate the forum Epinions provides for further identifying customer concerns.
