I am in the process of moving from Raleigh North Carolina to Iowa. I contacted the local Bekins Van Lines agent and set up a time to have an estimate done. When the lady arrived, she was rude, nasty and insulting. She told me she couldn't do an accurate estimate cause she couldn't tell the garbage from the stuff that would be moved, when in fact the garbage was my stuff. She did not even attempt to be thorough, my having to point out the floor full of books that she totally ignored. The company has failed to respond to any complaints. Obviously, I wouldn't recommend anyone to try to utilize this company.
