Pros: i got to read these incredibly funny and sadly true reviews

Cons: less enjoyable than being kicked in the crotch...repeatedly

I do not want to get into too much detail and be forced to re-live our horrible experience. Basically, they never had our truck, despite the fact that we had a 'reservation.' We called many times, dealt with morons, and sat on hold for hours. The customer service people were rude, incompetent, uncaring, and soulless. If there is a g-d, he will strike down this company soon.
