Pros:Does everything you need, and does it well. Easy clean, too.

Cons:The top gets hot. I don't touch the top - bet you don't either.

This is a darn good product. I've read everyone else's pros and cons - not many cons, if you ask me. I bought a toaster oven from Sears that was recommended by Consumer Reports. It really sucked, even after I returned the first one, thinking that it was just that particular item. After deciding that the Kenmore product wasn't worth anything, my wife suggested that we 'just get a toaster.' But I was out after another gee-whiz-bang model. Only after I got to the store did I realize that all we really need is a toaster- the rest of it is just...extra. And so I bought this one. Wow. Fast, has an audible bell when the toast is done, easy-clean crumb tray, oversize handle. What's not to like? I'd say give up the idea that you need all the bells and whistles. This one is really a good one.
