I can't believe nobody else has noticed that, contrary to the packaging ("Effortless Dough. One touch of the easy to use paddle control lets you knead dough for pizza, bread, or a delicious dessert in minutes.") there is no attachment nor instructions for kneading yeast dough, only quick breads or cake batter.
I called Cuisinart to ask about this. The customer service rep could not answer any questions, just promised to have dough hooks mailed to me within 10-15 business days, which have long since passed and still no dough hooks.
This thing is going back!
