Cons: you get what you pay for.

The Bottom Line: A good vacuum for the money. Will last a long time and give good results.

I've had my dirt devil MVP for about three years now. It is a dependable vacuum that is easy to use.

It does a satisfactory cleaning job and I've never had a problem with it.

It is light weight and easy to push and turn. The head is adjustable to be used on differing piles of carpet. It has your standard attachments (Duster, extension wand, crevice, and universal head, etc.) Switching from an upright carpet cleaner to a hose type using attachments is relatively simple.

If you have expensive carpet and want something that cleans a little deeper you may want to invest a bit more money. But for everyday cleaning or for use as a 'second' vacuum for the upstairs, rec room, etc., this one is a good deal.
