| nevadatbn's Full Review: Ijoy Massage Chair with Human Touch Technology |
I have been wanting one of these for quite some time and just happened to visit a Sharper Image while they were having the sale - they are trying to move stock on the green, blue, and floor models. I think the foolish thing to do would be to pay $1500+ for any other massaging chair because they all feel the same. If one is desperate, one can go to a real massuse. Anyway, to pay hundreds and hundreds more for a massage chair because the ijoy is a little funky looking, well, that's throwing money away. People out there probably have worse looking furniture that really needs to go to the dump - yet they are complaining about a brand new ultra modern chair. Geeez. Think about how blessed you are to even have a choice in buying the thing and even have the opportunity to purchase it -whether credit or cash.... not many people can do that. This chair is durable - so far. The family and cats have been in it and it has seen much use in this first week of purchase. I also bought an extended in-house warranty for only $40 more, covers everything for 3 years. They come to me to fix it if something goes wrong. I am grateful to be able to buy this cheaper version of something that was way over priced to begin with. Massage chairs in general are way over priced. Then if you check out the so called 'comfy' chairs at furniture showrooms like RC Willey, you can easily pay $500 for a chair that does absolutely nothing. Anyway, this chair is for anyone who not only can afford it, but who appreciates a cute comfy chair that gives one heck of a massage on demand!!
