Pros: remote operation, customer service, convenience, clock easy to set and operate.

Cons: Sound could be less bass, wish it had bluetooth (not very reasonable expectation given price)

I received this unit as a gift for Christmas. It's great to be able to switch between radio and ipod and the alarm clock works very well and has two separate settings. This comes in handy if you have two different schedules for alarm times in your household. Also like that you can dim the light on the clock with the remote.

I actually had a defective unit the first time around and hadn't registered the product (the docking port broke off)...no problem. Customer service was very helpful and said that it would be repaired regardless of not having a receipt or registration. Very polite and unit was replaced and shipped back to me promptly. I am very impressed with that aspect of the company.
