Chose this because it supports DRM while iPod does not, allowing it to work with Yahoo! Unlimited Music Engine. And for the 20GB storage.

It does the job. My biggest complaint is connectivity. At this time, there is no cradle, and there is also no elegant car kit, which makes it much more awkward to use.
