Pros: Good form factor. Never failed to work.
Cons: LCD although legible is small and hard to read for me.
The Bottom Line: Well built, well featured MP3/FM player. I thought the price was a good value considering the engineering and audio quality.

Wow. What a great player. I bought the 180T days before I took a trip the the West Indies. The included software installed without a hitch on Win 2000 and XP. The software is functional but it could be integrated better into the OS. Also, it will not allow you to upload mp3's back to the computer which is a cop out to the music industry. I'd like to see it have the option to be recognized as a removeable disk like my photocards. Anyway, what a great way to make a 7 hours flight time go quickly. Once on the islands I could switch to FM and I picked up local stations and enjoyed the local flavor.
I used rechargeables in it that matched my digital camera size and never experienced a problem. I had already downloaded the new flash SW and programmed to watch the power drain using that battery type. Very nice! The ear buds can become very uncomfortable after awhile and you will surely lose the foam covers within a day. On the other hand, the buds quickly go from ear to pocket with no fuss. Choose your poison. Very highly rated!!!
I did not try the voice or fm recording mode so I have no comment on those features. The LCD gives lots of information like file type, bitrate, etc. It is small however so you may have to squint to see it sometimes. The backlight works very well also. Folks this is a nice MP3 player.
