The invisible shield is a great idea. Very durable and clear. you can maintain the sleek look of the phone without risking scratches. The plastic is extremely resistant to scratches and punctures.
The problem is it doesn't adhere very well in the corners. It's really hard to get the bubbles out and once the adhesive sets, it's really hard to work on it. In the end I got the front to adhere well but the back looks terrible. I contacted ZAGG (the manufacturer) six times and they have yet to get back to me. They have a 30 day guarantee and a lifetime warranty, but the warranty does not cover installation problems. Who knows what they define as installation problems though. I followed their directions and used the videos they have online and that's essential just to get it started. There are so many points that need to be aligned it's hard to get things laid out perfectly the first time through. They also tell you to douse your phone with the spray so the cover will slide around while you're doing the installation. This is in clear violation of the warranty of any phone. If the manufacturer detects even the slightest moisture exposure they may voide your warranty, so you have to decide which is more important to you.
I'm still waiting to see how serious they are about their 30 day satisfaction guarantee. But so far no one has returned my call.
Over all I like the idea and the quality of the product. Unfortunately, actually getting the product to work like they say it should isn't easy. Then getting ahold of anyone at the company is nearly impossible. I'm considering contesting the charge through my credit card company if they won't return my call.
