Pros:Feature set looks intersting, but I never got to explore it fully.
Cons:Noise cancellation, staying in ear, awkward to use controls.
I lost my Plantronics Vogager and tried the Jawbone Era based on some good reviews. The two friends I call frequently both complained that it was noisy and they had trouble understanding me (I was in the car, but that's the usual case).

Also, I find the ear fit awkward and the small plastic clip on loop inadequate to hold it in place. This is more of a personal issue and is likely different for other people. It was always falling out of my ear, especially for "tap to answer".
The shake and tap interface was awkward for my tastes because there is no positive feedback that you have indeed activated the function. I didn't play it with long though (gave it away as the first problem was fatal in my case).
I expected more in this price range, but it's functional as a basic headset with some extra features.
