The Keurig B31 or "Mini Keurig" is a great product.  I have had this product for over 9 months, and it is perfect for my 2 person household.  However, if you have a larger household that drinks a lot of coffee you may want to choose a different model.  I have not had any problems with this appliance during my usage.  The instructions were easy to follow, and I was able to begin using the product within 15 minutes.  It is very simple to use; just power it on, pour in your water, insert your coffee, and hit brew.  The 6, 8, and 10 ounce measurements in the water reservoir allow you to choose your desired cup size.  On occasion I have poured too much water into the reservoir, but the Keurig features and overflow system that will catch excess water in a tray at the bottom of the appliance.  The excess water is easy to remove by simply pulling out the tray.  The tray also has a lid that you can remove or add to accommodate larger coffee mugs.  I have found the heating process to be quick, and have been able to enjoy my coffee or hot cocoa in about 3 minutes or less.  The Keurig also has an auto-off feature that will shut off the appliance when not in use for about 2 minutes.  This version of the Keurig is great for small spaces.  It is about 11 inches tall, just over 6 inches wide, and about 10 inches in length with the bottom tray.  I do wish that it held more water for larger travel mugs.  But overall my interactions with this product have been great all around.
