I bought these speakers a while back for my 2011 Honda Civic. I wanted to upgrade from those muffled sounding stock speakers.  I bought four of them to replace the four stock speakers. I was looking forward to flawless quality even at high volumes.  I sort of got what I was looking for. The speakers show great quality and sound at medium to quiet volumes. At high volumes, the speakers get unbalanced and "scratchy". It almost sounds like they're going to blow out at times. But what do you expect from a mid-quality speaker. If you're someone looking for heavy bass and loud sounds, then I would upgrade the speaker and include a subwoofer. Installation was easy even for anovice guy like myself. I did have to buy some wire adapters and speaker brackets. Make sure to look into what you need for installation. Overall, the speakers are better than the stock speakers but when compared to higher quality speakers on the market, they're at a loss. I would back away from purchasing these if you're going to be blasting music and bumping bass. If you're a person looking for a step up from their stock speakers athe who doesn't blast their music, then these speakers are for you!
