Pros: Exciting show. Good attempt at a good show.
Cons: The jokes are a bit corny.
The Bottom Line: If it turned out to be one of my favorite shows, than I'm sure that it will be one of your favorite shows, if you just give it a chance.

| kligor's Full Review: Big Wolf On Campus |
I was on the couch, staring at some dumb cooking show, when I thought, "well, this new show, Big Wolf On Campus is on, I guess I'd rather watch that than the boring cooking show."
I flipped to Big Wolf on Campus, and it wasn't half as bad as I thought. Actually, it was pretty good. Actually it was surprising by how good it is. When I started watching, I couldn't leave the couch, to go get something to eat, or anything, until there was a commercial.
But, enough babbling about how good the show is, here's what it's about:
Tommy Dawkins (Brandon Quinn), is a popular high school jock. One night, a werewolf bites him, and you know the old legend, that says, "if you're bitten by a werewolf, you become a werewolf", and that's exactly what happened to Tommy.
Now, Tommy must keep his reputation as the school stud, and hide the secret from his new girlfriend, Stacey Hanson (Rachelle Lefevre), the beautiful head of the cheerleaders. However, he's doesn't have to keep the secret all to himself, he has his loyal, brilliant, gothic-obsessed friend, Merton Dingle (Danny Smith). I guess that you could say that Merton is Frankenstein’s Igor.
Tommy might have some trouble keeping his secret, with all the bad guys, and the resistance he gets from the bullies of the school, Tim (Rob Deleeuw) and Travis (Dominic Di Rosa), the two twin, bullies. He's going to have a hard time, especially, since he wolfs out whenever he is scared, embarrassed, nervous, and painful. And as if that wasn't enough, he still has his parents, (Jane Wheeler, and Allan Fawcett) and his couch potato brother, Dean (Jack Mosshammer), who make him go crazy all the time.
If you're asking who does Tommy battle? My answer is, "Who doesn't he battle?" He battles everybody, from Vampires, to werewolves just like himself. With a lot of help from his friend Merton, he always beats his Nemesis.
I just ask you to give this show half a chance. Although it sounds really corny, it isn't. Hey! I thought it was corny too, until I started watching it, and it became a show that I just can't miss. What have you got to lose?
I will leave my trademark here, just like on all other reviews: please leave me a message saying what you liked and what you didn't like about the review, and tell me how I can improve it. Thank you in advance for taking your time to write a comment.
