Little Bill is a children's show created by Bill Cosby. In every episode, 5-year old Little Bill learns different everyday concepts, just like any other child. Little Bill learns how to make friends, share, and learn valuable lessons. He makes plenty of mistakes, but always learns from his mistakes. Everyone can learn from Little Bill!
Little Bill is the youngest in his family, (besides cousins). His older sister, April, and older brother, Bobby, help Little Bill learn valuable lessons. There are three other main characters- Mama (Brenda), Big Bill, and Alice the Great! Brenda and Big Bill are Little Bill’s parents and Alice the Great is Little Bill’s Great Grandmother. She takes care of him whenever needed.
Little Bill loves going on adventures, and making friends. Whenever meeting someone new, he always greets them by saying, “Hello Friend!”
Little Bill is on Nick Jr., Mon-Fri at 12:00pm est.
Little Bill is best suited for children, ages 2-6. But of course, you may catch your teenager occasionally watching this show!
While I was babysitting a 3-year old, we were flipping the channels, and landed on this show. She was giggling and enjoying Little Bill. During the episode Little Bill went camping out in his backyard with a couple of friends. When the 30 minute show was over, she turned off the TV and ran up stairs, wishing for me to follow. She wanted to go camping too! We had to do everything just like Little Bill!
You may have realized that I haven’t mentioned any negatives...that’s because there aren’t anything. Well, except for the fact that Little Bill will always be on whenever possible!
You may have recognized Little Bill, he’s the adorable boy with the contagious laugh!
