Pros: Funny, entertaining, and creative
Cons: Most episodes without Patrick were boring

When I first heard of SpongeBob SquarePants I thought it was just some stupid show that wasn't even worth watching. I thought that for a while. Then a few months later I was bored and their was nothing better on. So I watched it. I thought it was different, funny, and creative! The show than became one of my favorite cartoons. Shortly after that I found a lot of my friends liked it to! SpongeBob SquarePants was becoming one of the most popular cartoons on Nickelodeon!
What Is it: SpongBob SquarePants is a humorous cartoon about a sponge and his best friend Patrick, a starfish. SpoungeBob works at the Crusty Crab as a grill cook. When not at work, he is with Patrick and usually going jelly fishing. Jelly fishing is the popular thing to do in the show, you take a net, go to the jelly fish feilds and capture jelly fish. This one of the funniest cartoons ever! Give it a watch sometime.
The Cast: This cartoon has many humorous and unusual characters.
SpongBob: He is of course the main character of the show. He loves his job at The Crusty Crab. He flips Crabby Patties (burgers) on a grill and prepares the food. When he is not working, he loves to play with his best friend Patrick, and his pet snail Gary. He has a kind and playful heart and wouldn't hurt anything or anyone. A few times a years he tries to get his drivers license so he can finally drive. However he is to hyper and to exited to control himself and crashes all the time. SpongeBob is of course a yellow sponge.
Patrick: He is SpongeBob's best friend. They play together all the time. Patrick lives under a big rock that has a TV antena on top. He and SpongBob love to go Jelly Fishing. Patrick is not to smart and well is sort of dumb and lazy. Patrick is a pink starfish.
Squidward: First of all I don't know if that's how you spell his name correctly. Now Squidward loves to play music on his clarinet. The other thing he loves to do is paint (mostly pictures of himself). He is a very civil person and is very calm. SpongeBob and Patrick annoy him all day everyday outside. He is constantly trying to rid of them, but always fails. Squidward is a silver squid.
Gary: Gary is SpongeBob's pet snail. All he does is eat, sleep follow SpongeBob around the house, and meow. Yes, that's right, a snail meows, lol!
Sandy: Sandy is another one of SpongeBob's friends. She lives in a tree surrounded by a big bowl so she can breath, remember, she is not a sea creature. When outside her home, she wears a fish bowl helmet to get air. She is athletic and strong, but she also cares for her friends and pets. Sandy is a brown squirrel.
Mr. Crabs: Mr. Crabs is the owner of The Crusty Crab. He loves money and loves customers for their money. He will do anything to get some customers min his restaurant. Mr. Crabs is a red crab.
Favorite Episodes: I have seen many episodes now. Most had a few funny parts and I enjoyed watching. Here I will list some of my favorite episodes.
Note: I do not remember the names of them.
First, the episode where SpongeBob was getting a lot of awards for things. Patrick then wanted a reward for something. He tried to be just like SpongeBob but failed. Patrick tried to be successful by opening up a jar of pickles. He had the hardest times and didn't even know how he would start to open it. Finally at home a truck came by and gave an award to SpongeBob. Patrick got sad, but SpongeBob said "the award is for you." Patrick got exited and read it. It was an award for doing nothing for the longest time! That means he is lazy and never does anything, so he got an award for doing that for longer than anyone else. Patrick then says, "I'm going to retain my title," he than jumps in his house and sleeps.
Second, the Halloween one where SpongeBob wanted to be scary. Nobody was afraid of him until Patrick came of with a great idea. Patrick shaved off some of his hair, so he could have a round head to fit a ghost cape over him. Later at the Halloween party at The Crusty Crab, SpongeBob tried to scare people but it didn't really work. A real ghost then came and scared everyone. He said that every year people imitate him. But SpongeBob's was the worst. The ghost ripped off SpongeBob's cape and then screamed in terror and ran away! All other people ran in fear also. Patrick had shaved SpongeBob's whole head until the brain was showing, lol! Patrick then said it wasn't that scary, looked at SpongeBob, and screamed and ran in fear. LOL!
Those are the two funniest episodes I have seen.
Final Comments: SpongeBob SquarePants is the funniest cartoon on Nickelodeon! It's worth watching if you have never seen it before.
