We stayed here for 2 nights prior to our Disney stay and thought the hotel and staff were just fabulous. Everyone from the reception staff to the restaurant staff was dedicated to making our stay pleasant, and everyone there went out of their way to treat our kids wonderfully. The room was large & newly decorated (or re-decorated), the bathroom itself was as large as some small hotel rooms I've stayed in. The indoor pool area was crowded when we were there (it was raining outside) but our son just loved it anyway. The outdoor pool area looked incredible, unfortunately we did not get to use it. If the Disney resorts were full, I would stay here again.
