It was my first time in Chicago. also it was my anniversary with my girlfriend. I booked everything online. room and valet parking tax, room service all came up to $401.12 , I thought it wasn't so bad for a four star hotel in downtown Chicago.
I called the room service and concierge to set up some chocolate and champagne before we check-in, so it we'll be a surprise. The room service people said it was no problem unless I check in too early. I arrived and went in the room nothing was there. So I called room service, as well as front desk nobody seems to know anything and keep transferring me back and forth. So I walked down to the concierge and talked to a manager. after 15 minutes finally brought in what I wanted(which should have been in my room before i got there.
Well I just felt like I wasn't treated as good as if I would at a four star hotel.
