Positive: Chicago river is within steps of hotel. Room are nice and bed are very comfortable.

Negative: I had to switched room 3 times because of noises.
Couldn't sleep at all ! I requested their Deluxe suite, highest floor and they placed me on the 30th - which is pretty high. I heard running water all night from people using the toilet (Yes! Believe it ), flushing the toilet, using the sink, and taking a shower. I can heard the traffic because the glass window is not sound proof. They finally placed me on their highest floor and it got better. Reader: you can do the math and conclude for yourself what the rest of the guests went through the floors below me.

Sound proofing issues with this HOTEL !

I would NEVER come back.
