We recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency on Wacker Drive in Chicago. We made our reservation off of Priceline.com and got an excellent rate. We called the hotel before our trip and requested two double beds and a crib. When we arrived at the hotel we were able to check in early, the room was just like we requested and the crib arrived within a few minutes. Check-in and check-out were completed very easily. The hotel is very large but we had no problem getting around. Our room was on the 17th floor but the elevators arrived in a timely manner. The room was your basic hotel room but was clean and suited our needs. The concierge was very helpful when we needed directions or recommendations for restaurants. It would have been nice to have a pool for the kids but we were so busy we probably wouldn't have used it very much. All in all, our stay was wonderful and we would stay there again if we visit Chicago.
