Excellent Stay!!!

Pros: Executive Lounge, staff, room size and view.

Cons: parking is expensive, but expected for a downtown hotel.

From checkin we were amazed at this hotel. They heard it was a birthday celebration, so upgraded us to a 2 level suite!! Unbelievable room! Biggest room I have ever seen...had to be around 1500 square feet. We also had access to the executive lounge, and the health club. Health club has great views, and the lounge is a must to be able to grab a snack and drink, and just sit and talk. Great horsdeorves and after dinner snacks. Very close to Michigan Avenue, and a great walk. Great 180 degree view from our room of the river, navy pier, lake and lake shore drive. Service was excellent, and everyone tried to be as helpful as possible. Will definitely stay here again.
