This hotel is the worst I have ever stayed at. When my husband made reservations online, it looked like the most beautiful place. The pictures of the rooms were lovely. When we arrived to check-in, the staff were polite. We got to check into our room right away. We stayed on the 5th floor in room 504. When we got off the elevator the chipping paint and dirty rugs threw me off. The halls were littered from that mornings breakfast trays. We checked in at 2:00. The breakfast trays should have been picked up. We got into our room and all I could smell was mildew. The carpet was so dirty. It looked as if no one had ever cleaned it. There were 2 bathrooms in our room. One had a shower and toilet and the other just had a shower and of course both of them had sinks. The bathroom with the toilet looked like it had never been cleaned. There was dust all over the toilet. The other bathroom, the shower was covered in mildew. Very gross!!! The sink had mouse droppings all over it. There were dead bugs in there too. NOT COOL!!! This just put the icing on the cake, a cockroach went running across the room. I have never felt so dirty in my whole life. I should have done more reviews on this place because I found out that others had the same problem. What a dump this place is. I felt like I was staying in the ghetto. I can't believe that such a hotel would be in that area. A couple of blocks away is the Ritz Carlton. Stay there!! Then you will know what it like to stay in a nice hotel.
