The rooms are all suites with sunken living room!!! Service was great!!! Fax machine/printer, 2 line telephone (even in the bathroom), computer compatible so you can check your email or browse the internet at $1.00 per call, hair dryer, ironing board & iron, extra pillows & blankets, (2) 27" TV's, alarm clock, large bathtub & separate shower stall, 2 sink bathroom, vanity table, refrigerator with drinks & snack draw for those late night munchies...All these amenities with great service equals a 5***** hotel in my book.

Shopping complex, restaurants, spa & fitness center, casino & shows on premises. Security guard at guest elevators that only allow guest on elevators. Maid even comes to your room to turn your bed down at night and leave chocolates. Convenient location on strip. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Architecture is beautiful.

Overall I would rate this hotel a 4.5 because of the poor maintenance before checking in. Unfortunately, there were several things broken. On the upside, they were fixed within an hour of checking in.

Casino is large, tables are a little more costly with their minimum bets than other hotels. Lots of slot machines to choose from with a special room for the $5.00 & up machines.

Hotel is so large, we spent 2 days there and still didn't see everything in the hotel. I will definitely recommend the Venetian to anyone who wants excellent service.
