I stayed here for one week and a half and hated every minute of it.

*Gave me free Internet, only to find out later their server was down.
*Concierge was rude and gave dirty looks when asked for help with my luggage, or when I needed help with expecting packages.
*Room service got my order wrong all 5 times.
*Mindy's restaurant rushed me out of my lunch.
*Front desk got the names wrong on my hotel room.
*Front desk charged my personal credit card when the room was already paid for by my employer. Took a week to reverse the charge!
*The light bulb in the room was blown with broken glass upon arrival.
*The closet door was broken.
*There was a blood stain on the sheets.

I would NEVER recommend this to anyone and rate it 1 star.
