Hard to Beat This Place

Cons:Pricey. Garage sometimes gets full of non-hotel guests attending banquets
The Bottom Line: This is the Palace of the Galleria area hotels;
I have been staying here for twenty years. It is formerly the Warwick Post Oak, so it is a lot more luxurious than most Doubletree's. The Atrium Lobby is as good as it gets in Houston. It is in a great location, convenient to Galleria shopping and restaurants. The only thing missing is a jazzy nightclub. The rooms are huge. The tile-bottom Pool is on a lower floor roof and is on the small side.
The only complaint I have about this hotel is that sometimes the garage will fill up with non-hotel guests that are attending banquets and meetings at the hotel.
