I was just at foxwoods Valentine’s night. It was a Saturday and packed as any Saturday would be. The only Blackjack tables setup were $25 bet minimum tables. Which on a regular weeknight you can play $10 tables and up but tonight was Saturday at Foxwoods and the sounds and lights were mesmerizing and beckoning for me to spend money. Win or lose I was drown in to the excitement and “ The wonder of it all ”.
I went straight to a slot game I had played before and won a couple of hundred dollars on it was the POPEYE slot game where you can play up to 18 quarters per spin and I played the max almost every spin.
There were ups and down, the bucket fills up it empties for hours.
The lights, sounds, sights, and free drinks all night while you gamble is great ! The carpets and artwork, designs and colors all around is an awesome sight to see. Even though you want to gamble you have to walk around and see the scenery that they have made a spectacle of inside of this palace of treasures.
You get a wampum card and use it everytime you play a game you build up points that equal dollars to use and spend and get free stuff up to that amount as you see fit. The all you can eat buffet there is to die for ! It is a combination of all the great tastes in one convenient enclosed area. From steak, to chines, to italian, to ribs, to the most awesome deserts ever tasted ! yummy !
Do yourself a favor if you get anywhere within 100 miles from Connecticut it’s worth the drive or trip from almost anywhere stop in and try your luck. You may just go home a winner ! Good Luck !!!
