My mom lives out in Las Vegas and when we go out there we love leaving her the kids and husband and I go out for the evening. We always go to the Gold Coast. First of all, they have an excellent coffee shop that serves Chinese food that is good tasty and good. You would think that your eating in a Chinese restaurant and not a coffee shop. They also have a steak house that is kinda pricey but very good. The one thing nice about the steak house is that they do not allow kids in there so you always have a nice quiet relaxing dinner in there without hearing someone's child. The buffet there is very reasonable and they always have lots to choose from. They put an outstanding seafood night on Wednesday too. This is one of the few casinos out in Vegas that offer FREE child care to children up to age of 9 years old. They do ask for a tip but that is not bad when you can leave your child in there while you gamble or go out to eat or even maybe dancing in their country western area. My children just love going to the child care there. They are very good with the kids. My kids are constantly kept busy making things and playing. They are never bored. The best part is that your children can stay there for 3.5 hours for free! I would recommend a family with children to stay at this hotel. Your children will be having fun while your enjoying yourselve.The hotel has always been clean each time I have gone. The people that work there are very nice as well. A lot of local people that live in Vegas "hang out" at this casino.
