We have stayed at the Rio twice and probably will again. Their comps are the best. We never paid for one meal and hotel guests DO NOT have to wait in line. The comp card also gets you a discount in every store (and there are oodles of them) and to the exhibit TITANIC. The free show is wonderful, and I won a bundle at video poker while I watched. The rooms are the best...frig, ironing board & iron, hair dryer, coffee maker, and safe. The bathroom vanity is separate from the toilet and shower. Rooms have large playpen type sofa and king beds...loads of room and the view is to die for. When making reservations, the desk told me when to call back for the best deals. Every aspect of the service was tops. These people will work with you to save you money, time, and frustration. One more plus; they are now connected with Harrahs, so comp cards are good at all Harrahs around the country. They send great offers in the mail, too.
