This is an outstanding hotel for the business traveler. After a long day at the office or making calls the last thing you want to do is venture far from your hotel. Here at the Rio all you have to do is take the elevator down and everything you could possible want is right before your eyes. Beautiful women, great games of chance that actually pay off and some of the best restaurants in town, featuring any kind of food you may be in the mood for. If you just want to soak up a couple of drinks, I recommend going to one of the many bars and asking for a roll of quarters and a drink and the drinks on the house and as long as your spending those quarters the drinks keep coming free. When you've had your fill of drink and fun you can try one of the many restaurants or return to your room as I usually do and order room service. With the room service here you won't disappointed, the food selection is wide and the quality and service far surpasses most, and best of all you won't have to wait all night for your order. After a relaxing dinner stretch out in your very large 700 sq. ft. room and relax and enjoy the view or call it a night. When you wake up in the morning you'll find some of the best coffee in town right there in your room ready to brew. If one pot isn't enough, just call housekeeping and in a matter of no time at all they'll refresh your supply with as much as you want and if you leave a note next to the coffee maker asking for extra packets for the next morning, housekeeping is always happy to leave you as many as you ask for. I make on average, 20 business trips a year to Las Vegas and the Rio is always my first choice. I must warn you though, during some conventions, your rate can, for one stay of 3 or 4 nights, change 2 or 3 times depending on the convention, how full they are and what day of the week it is. When you're ready to depart there will be no waiting in line, just use their video checkout and your bills in the mail. If the Rio is within your travel budget you won't be disappointed.
