I was a little bit leary about staying here after reading the reviews but I was on a tight budget. I am sooo glad I took a chance!!!
Imperial Palace is located right smack in the middle of EVERYTHING!! You could not ask for a better location. Easy to check in....easy to get around! I spent lots of time in other casinos looking for the exit.....not here! I was able to get up to my room ( on the 14th floor) and back down in 8 minutes flat. Yes the elevators were slow.there are only 6 in the lobby servicing 18 floors ...but once I found the back elevators I had no problem at all.
We paid for a standard room at about $80 a night...asked for an upgrade because it was our honeymoon and we were offered a King suite for $30 more a night!! WOW!! Huge living room....king size canopy bed.....Gigantic Tub....mirrors on the ceiling....SWEET!!
The staff was nice....VERY NICE....and brought me 8 extra pillows and 3 blankets without asking a question....we asked for more towels they were there within 10 minutes. Room Service was quick too.
I can not find a single bad thing to say aobut this place. If you are used to upscale then go somewhere else. But if you want a down to earth attitude and a great time STAY AT THE IMPERIAL PALACE!!
