I think everything about our stay at the Luxor was first class. It's impressive from the time you arrive -- nothing looks like the Luxor except the pyramids of Egypt. Check-in was streamlined, despite the large number of people arriving at the same time as our family. The rooms were "adequate" in size, and very well appointed.
My son would say that the game room at the Luxor is about the best in town -- and I think he tried them all! A wide variety of "virtual reality" rides and games, and for enough wins at skeet ball and basketball you can win a great looking stuffed camel - that was a first for us! The exhibition of King Tut's Tomb was beautiful and very realistic -- a good stop for the whole family. The show at the Luxor was one of the best we saw during our four night stay. It was as exciting as it was gorgeous.
The lines in the restaurants were extremely long, but oddly enough they seemed to move with speed and efficiency. All-in-all, its a great place for the family and very well located on the strip, near many other wonderful attractions.
