Spent 4 nights there recently (2nd week of June, 2002). Very fast, efficient check-in by a polite employee. Elevators are quick and numerous - and centrally located - very easy to come down for coffee and bagels, place a baseball bet, etc. in early morning. Good Video Poker with many 8-5 machines. Hit several 4 of a kinds and a triple straight flush for a positive $400. Pool area was very crowded (it was 106!), but found a spot and water was clean and cool. Several places to get drinks - overall a good experience despite heat. Terrific location - quick tram to Bellagio which is connected to Caesar's - can do both without going into the heat. Short walk to NY-NY and the new ESPN Zone.

Now for only negative - I could hear every shower, flush, etc. of my neighbors. In a place like Vegas, a 2AM shower isn't that unusual. Had many "wake-ups" - if only they could insulate their water pipes, it would have been perfect. I'm going back to the Rio next trip.
