| dRoland's Full Review: Adbusters Magazine |
I've found Adbusters to be an interesting collection of political satires as well as an American psychological profile, and an an exposure of the way the media rules everyone's life. The articles are insightful and well written, and the use of humor is used to show issues that are downright scary. I read the magazine because it truly gives you the truth about our world and how so many people don't realize what is really being done right in front of us. It elaborates on what happens behind our politicians closed doors, the media power giants, and corporate greed which has become an insatiable beast that is raging out of control.
Unfortunately, many of the stories that are published tend to be very negative and at times depressing. But this is only a reflection of the world in which we live.
The newspaper "The Nation", is the only other publication that I've seen that compares to this magazine.
