Pros: Diversity, celebrities, innovators, artists, and very well written articles.
Cons: Magazine seems dominated by celebrities, need to include people from all walks of life more.
The Bottom Line: This is a unique, outstanding and one of a kind magazine. I enjoy every aspect of it's contents. Informative as well as enlightening.

| rosier123's Full Review: Biography Magazine |
While other nine year olds were out jumping rope or playing hopscotch, I was beginning a lifelong love affair with two things; movies and reading.
The majority of books that I read as a child, were about people. Knute Rockne, George Washington Carver, and a slew of others. I was both fascinated and often inspired by the endeavors and accomplishments of others. Which is precisely why Biography is such a great magazine for me.
Every month someone different graces the cover. Which includes an in depth article about him or her within the magazine's pages. (For instance in March of 2002, Denzel Washington was on the cover.)
Besides informative and interesting articles there is also "Where Are They Now?", which gives readers an update on such people as Marlo Thomas, Gloria Gaynor and many more.
There is also a list of who will be featured on the Biography channel every day for that entire month.
"Stranded on a Desert Island" section asks the obvious questions of notable people. Such as, "If you were stranded on a desert island, what one tv show would you take with you?" (Mine would be Frasier!) And so on and so forth.
The "Fact or Fiction" portion of the magazine encourages you to e-mail (biomag@aetn.com) questions about anyone and everyone regarding practically anything.
You can also e-mail a letter to Biography in response to any article in the magazine. Each month they select their favorite letter (from among those published) and send that individual a free CD player.
I read and enjoy a fairly wide variety of different magazines. However, only Biography satisfies my curiosity and desire to learn and know more about people. What they have survived, or how it transformed them. How they overcame obstacles, or perhaps weren't quite so fortunate. In otherwords, the whole story.
But perhaps best of all, Biography continues to nourish my unwavering love of reading...
