I have been subscribing this magazine for a while. I always enjoyed reading and trying new recipes until I had this delivery issue with them. I have made 3-4 phone calls into their customer service. Every time I called, I was told to wait for another 2-4 weeks. On my last call, I was told to wait for another 4-6 weeks. I told the customer service rep. that was not what I was told. Do I hear an explanation or an apology? No! This lady just blew up on me cutting me off telling me that there are so much process involved and I just needed to wait. Also she blamed on my local postal service for late delivery and her co-workers for not having enough trainings. It made her and the company look really bad. Blowing up on the customer is one thing, but she needs to understand the customer's frustration when the subscription is a few months behind. After all this, I don't know if I want to keep subscribing this magazine. It is a good magazine, but not great enough to put up with this horrible customer service.
