Country Living Gardener is more than just gardening. Country Living Gardener is a magazine that features crafts that involve the garden, recipes and cooking from the garden, decorating using things from the garden and more. The photography within the magazine is spectacular!

One of my favorite articles was called Restoring Eden. The writer featured a community farm in Vermont that consisted of 25 acres and 380 members. The farm was changed from a dump that included old rusted appliances and car parts into an beautiful, bountiful communal farm. The plan consisted of improving the soil, practicing crop rotation, composting, practicing diversity and limiting pesticide use with pollinating insects and the ecosystem. The article gave me a push to strive toward the garden I have always dreamed of.

Whether someone is interested in flowers, vegetables or herbs this is the ideal magazine.
