| OlympicSwimAUS's Full Review: Jump Magazine |
Although I am an avid magazine reader, I have not yet subscribed to "Jump." Although it is quite appealing to today's teens, the magazine lacks alot of what you would want to read. Yes, there are pictures of the "popular" celebrities, but what about the ones that you have been longing to see? The ones who have your full attention but maybe not the attention of 500 hungry teen-age guys. I was very happy to see Kerri Russel as the cover model on the newest issue but where are people like her ex-boyfriend Tony Lucca? He may not be as "model" chic as Kerri but he has sure got the style and flavor of any other music artist out there. Let's go beyond the stereotypical celebrities who appear on almost every monthly issue of teen magazines. How about the editors broaden their horizons to allow up and coming as well as "well- known," but not as respected celebs to have there 15 minutes of fame?
