If you would like a long and detailed describtion on how to gain muscle, please read my other article posted. Ignore the fact that is says not recommended because there was contraversy over it. I, without knowing, broke an epinions law and people didn't like it for that. But it was cleared up and they told me that they liked it.
But anyways, enought with that, lets get to the muscles. As I said, this is just a brief run-down on an effective way to build muscle. First of all and most importantly, always challenge your muscles. Don't do the weight till your just alittle tired. Go all the way and put your mind and soul into it. Don't worry that in the following reps you do less, this just means your working your body to it's potential. An effective way is to do a set that you can do a max of 8 on. Then the next set, add another 10 pounds and strive for 6 or 7 reps.
If you were like me at one point, you wanted to workout a muscle every day. Like continuously do curls everyday. If you want to get big and muscular, don't do this. When you work out, your actually tearing your muscles. It takes time for them to heal. This is effect, makes your muscles larger. Work a muscle group out once a week. This may seem like not so much. But the day you work that muscle, do as many exercises for it as possible. This way your "nice and sore" the next day. You can still work out every day, just different muscle areas.
Another way of resting your muscles would be to do a light/heavy workout. This means that one weak you do heavy and kill yourself doing it, lol. The next week you just do light so your not totally killings yourself with the weights. This gives the muscle even more time to regenerate and grow faster.
Organize your workouts for whats best with you. Take time and plan out what muscle parts will be worked with what day. Now as for the whole aspect of what to eat and how to maintain that rock hard body, read my other article. Hope you all the best, and happy working out(happy hunting)
