k_chick_99's Full Review: Outside Magazine Subscription
Outdoor Magazine is my favorite outdoor magazine. The articles are descriptively and beautifully written, encouraging me to pursue my outdoor adventures, and the photographs remind me of why I love nature. I find the best aspect of Outdoor to be the fact that it features worldwide locations and is not just limited to camping excursions. I personally love the articles on climbing and mountaineering. People make their dreams reality and share with the public their fears and inadequacies while completing these deathdefying missions. Articles on scaling Mt. McKinley interest me in giving mountaineering a try, or at least to pick up any of Jon Krakauer's many tales of his fame and fortune in Alaska. From backpacking in the Smoky Mountains to sea kayaking in Alaska, Outdoor Magazine covers it all.
