Sheet Music Magazine, available in Easy or Standard Piano versions, brings about a dozen pieces of quality sheet music into your home each month. There are always one or two top 40 pieces in each issue--"Valentine" by Jim Brickman, "Blue" by Leann Rimes, movie themes from "Anastasia" or "Life is Beautiful"--as well as themed Music on such topics or artists as Duke Ellington, Frank Sinatra, Ragtime, Country, Beach Boys, etc. In addition, there are columns on Organ performance, jazz improvisation, and piano technique. In-depth columns on a specific musical genre such as Ragtime give new insights to performers and theorists. It is an inexpensive way to build a collection of sheet music, and a source of new sightreading or practice material.
